ANTI-ABRASIVE TAPES
Resistant to temperatures ranging from -20° to 80° suitable for transporting heavy and sharp materials mainly used in aggregate quarries, mining industries, cement factories, sawmills, composting plants, available in various load classes with more or less ply.
Grooved tapes
This belt is made for transporting material on inclined sections. Inclines can be up to 35%, working with temperatures ranging from -20°C to a maximum of +80°C. It can be made with anti-abrasive, cut-resistant and oil-resistant rubber to make it more resistant to the type of material being transported. The slats on the upper part of the conveyor belt can be of various sizes, shapes and heights to suit every requirement.
OIL-RESISTANT TAPES
Used in the recycling sector suitable for transporting municipal waste, fertilisers, manure where the carpet comes into contact with greasy and aggressive materials.
CUT-RESISTANT TAPES
Used for transporting highly abrasive and sharp materials, this type of belt has an additional steel fabric inside in addition to the plies.
ELEVATOR BELTS
This type of belt is used to transport materials vertically. It is made of a reinforced ply package so that it can support the weight of the cups and the material being transported.
CREEPING RIBBONS
Used on structures with sheet metal bottoms, thanks to the ply at the bottom the coefficient of friction is very low, it is used in waste disposal plants or where space is at a premium; the way it is constructed allows it to wrap around smaller roller diameters than other belt types.
ANTI-HEAT TAPES
The special cover of this belt makes it suitable for transporting hot materials, as it is constructed with special rubber compounds that can withstand temperatures ranging from 130/150° up to 200°. It is used in the production processes of glassworks, cement factories and steel and pharmaceutical industries.
PVC TAPES
Suitable for light transport, used for various sectors: logistics, food, fruit and vegetables, industry. These mats, unlike rubber mats, are mounted on conveyor belts with smaller winding diameters, in production cycles where there is no heavy transport.
POLYURETHANE TAPES
Similar to PVC belts but with higher performance: they are always used for light conveying, achieving higher performance, specifically working temperature, smaller windings, resistance to oils and chemicals.
