STRIPED TAPES
This belt is made for the transport of material that is on inclined sections. The slopes can reach up to 35%, working with temperatures ranging from -20°C to a maximum of +80°C. It can be made with anti-abrasive, anti-cut and anti-oil rubber covering in order to make it more resistant to the type of material transported. The strips that are on the upper part of the conveyor belt can have various sizes, shapes and heights to adapt them to every request.
STRIPING TAPES
Used on structures with a sheet metal bottom , thanks to the canvas in the lower part the friction coefficient is very low, it is used in waste disposal plants or where there are space problems; the way it is built allows it to be wound on roller diameters smaller than other types of tape.
HEAT-RESISTANT TAPES
The special covering of this belt makes it suitable for the transport of hot materials , as it is built with particular rubber compounds suitable for resisting temperatures that can vary from 130/150° up to 200°. It is used in the production processes of glassworks, cement factories and steel and pharmaceutical industries.
